Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit multi-stakeholder co-operative that supports people with learning disabilities in Wales, to lead fulfilled lives, at home and in the community. We produced this short video for them as they were seeking to clarify to the people they support, the recent changes in the organisation.
